Before you book
The things people check first
No referral needed
You can book physiotherapy or lymphatic care directly. Some insurance plans want a referral before they reimburse, so it is worth checking your own policy first.
Not sure we can help
Call before you book. Some swelling is venous, cardiac or a medication effect, and decongestive therapy is the wrong tool for all of those. We will tell you.
Post-surgical timing
Your surgeon sets the timeline and we work inside it. Bring your post-operative instructions to the first appointment.
Where the schedule takes you
Two headings, so you know which one is yours
The live schedule sorts appointments the way the clinic files them, which is not always the way patients describe them. It is worth a sentence now rather than a puzzle later.
- Physical Therapy / Physiotherapy covers back, neck and joint pain, sports injury, pelvic health, collision injury and WCB work injury.
- Massage Therapy is where manual lymphatic drainage, lymphedema and lipedema appointments are listed.
If neither heading looks like what you have, call and we will book it for you rather than leave you guessing.

Not everybody wants to fill in a form, and nobody should have to in order to be seen. Call the clinic and we will take the details and find a time while you are on the line.
